Network Status can provide Water Service Providers a visual reference to help manage incidents by showing water or sewer infrastructure that is offline, in real time.
The key component to the system is that each asset is geographically recorded, by using the Latitude and Longitude coordinates, these are overlaid over Google maps to display the information.
Once the information is loaded, the portal is ready for use.
The portal has separate areas, which can only be accessed after a secure login, and having privileges assigned.
The User on logging in, can use the address search field to display the area of interest.

When an incident is occurring Network Status reduces the time to provide information of what water assets are affected, field staff or control room can update information in real time allowing incident Managers to monitor the incident that may have an impact on the general public.
